“We’re pleased to offer a hassle-free shopping experience with our 7-day return, refund, exchange, and replacement policy, effective from the delivery date. Please note, this policy excludes customized products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. EIVARIISH reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items.”
“Please note that return pickup may take up to 3 working days from your location. If the pickup is not completed within this timeframe, feel free to contact us through your preferred support channel—Calls, Emails, or Chats.”
“We understand that preferences vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you’re unsatisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or an incorrect item, within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that for exchanges, any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. (A parcel opening video is required for faulty product exchanges.)”
We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment source.
COD Orders: Refunds are processed via a Razorpay Payout link, which will be shared with customers who opted for return. Please enter the correct details and select your preferred payment mode.
Wallet Orders: Refunds are credited back to the wallet. Note that, as per RBI guidelines, wallet refunds cannot be processed to any other payment source.
Combination of Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed in the same proportion as the payments were received, including partial refunds.
“To ensure your personalised jewellery is perfect, please allow approximately 14 working days for preparation, quality checks, and dispatch. Delivery typically takes an additional 4-6 days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 21 days. We appreciate your patience and are dedicated to crafting a special piece just for you.”
“Since each piece of our personalised jewellery is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to cancel the order once production begins. Reversing the process is not feasible. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including the finish, spelling, and character case, to ensure complete satisfaction. Your happiness with your jewellery is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.”
“Since your personalised jewellery is specially crafted, we are unable to offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us. We also provide a 6-month warranty for any fading issues. Kindly note that requests can only be accepted within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.”
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. Please note that the warranty can be claimed only after the return period for the order has ended.
“You can cancel your order directly from our website, but please note that the cancellation window is only available until your order is processed. After that, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please note: This does not apply to personalised orders.”
“We are excited to introduce our Lifetime Plating Service, ensuring you’re covered even after the warranty period ends. This service allows you to have your jewellery replated in the rare event of plating or tarnishing issues, available for claims after 180 days from the delivery date.
Please note, this service is not applicable to multitone jewellery, oxidised jewellery, or jewellery containing diamonds, pearls, black beads, coins, or rakhis.”
We offer repolishing for all jewellery except those with diamonds, pearls, black beads, and oxidised or multi-coloured products.
This service is available only for undamaged EIVARIISH jewellery and can be claimed after 6 months from the original product’s delivery date. If the product does not qualify for repolishing, we will return it to you.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the colour of the plating.
The service is free if you drop off the product at the source. For doorstep pickup and delivery, a charge of Rs. 199 will apply.
The complete repolishing process takes approximately 3 weeks from claim submission to delivery of the repolished product.
